Hidden Music in Windows Vista System Folder

I was searching for the Windows startup theme today because I want to use it as the startup tone for my mobile phone. I found the themes for various events but ultimately failed to find the actual tone. However, I did find eleven excellent WMA tracks, most of which were chillout and club songs.

If you want to hear the songs, go to C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-musicsamples… to get the songs.

Tracklist:

  • Aaron Goldberg – OAM’s Blues
  • Aisha Duo – Amanda
  • Aisha Duo – Despertar
  • Habib Koite and Bamada – Din Din Wo (Little Child)
  • Habib Koite and Bamada – I Ka Barra (Your Work)
  • Karsh Kale – Distance
  • Karsh Kale – One Step Beyond
  • Nicolaus Esterhazy Sinfon – Symphony No. 3 in E-flat major, Op. 55, ‘Eroica’ – Scherzo-allegro vivace
  • The Posies – I Guess You’re Right
  • The Posies – Love Comes
  • Luciana Souza; Romero Lubambo – Muita Bobeira

The tracks come with complete ID3 tags and they even come with their respective album art.
